They still are. But I've worked around the blockage for the time being by routing all mail to hotmail, outlook, msn, and live.com through my old server which is /not /blocked. This will work temporarily. In the meantime, my hosting provider Linode is taking up my cause and working on convincing Microsoft to unblock the new mail server. Once they're successful, I'll be able to shut down the old server.
