During round 4, we had a table in the game that included N/S Joe
Viola with Gerry Geremia, and E/W was Rae Murbach with Amr Elghamry.
It's a classic San Marino or Arcadia club matchup.
Today it was Joe and Gerry prevailing, but it hardly mattered. The
next time it might be the other way around. I was very touched to
see the four of them around the same table playing bridge, even with
Joe at his new home in the southeast.
That's why this is important!
Joe and Gerry won the N/S contest with a commanding 64% game, while
Jan Wickersham and Roy Wilson won the E/W game with 57%.
Our club is live now on The Common Game, and this is my
favorite place to see our game results. They do a nice job of
blending the hand records with the traveler. I used the same script
